Welcome to YoGetaway.com. By using our platform and making a booking, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all guests using YoGetaway.com, whether you are viewing listings or making a booking.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or making a booking, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to be legally bound by them.
Bookings made on your behalf by relatives, friends, or agents are treated as having your full consent. Claims such as “it wasn’t booked through my email/name” are not valid.
YoGetaway.com will not entertain disputes regarding the identity of the person who made the booking.
2. Definition – Single Listings & Package Tours
Single Listing: Any stay listed on YoGetaway.com, including but not limited to homestays, plantation stays, farmhouses, tents, cabins, guest houses, resorts, hotels, treehouses, or similar accommodations.
Single Listings are owner-managed:
YoGetaway.com only facilitates contact between guests and property owners.
YoGetaway.com does not collect, hold, or request payment on behalf of the property owner.
Guests must address all bookings, cancellations, refunds, complaints, disputes, or legal matters directly with the property owner.
- YoGetaway.com is not responsible for the conduct, communications, or behavior of property owners towards guests.
YoGetaway.com will not arbitrate, mediate, or intervene in any disputes, conflicts, or litigation between the guest and the property owner.
Reviews or ratings should be directed to the property owner’s Google page or other relevant public profile.
By booking a Single Listing, you acknowledge that YoGetaway.com is not a party to the contract between the guest and the property owner.
Package Tours: Tours or experiences explicitly managed by YoGetaway.com.
YoGetaway.com is responsible for bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and guest support for package tours.
3. Booking Terms
For Single Listings, booking details (availability, amenities, policies) are provided by the property owner and may vary. Guests must review these details carefully before booking.
For Package Tours, YoGetaway.com provides accurate details and manages availability.
Single Listing Rules:
No Show: Failing to check in on the scheduled date = No refund.
Late Check-Out / Early Check-In: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Over-occupancy (e.g., booking for 4 and showing up with 5) is not allowed and may lead to denial of check-in without refund.
4. Refund Policy
Single Listings: Refunds are managed entirely by the property owner. YoGetaway.com is not responsible for processing refunds for Single Listings or cash-on-arrival payments.
Package Tours: Refunds are handled by YoGetaway.com according to the published package policy. Requests must be supported with valid evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.
5. Platform’s Role
YoGetaway.com acts as an intermediary between guests and hosts for Single Listings and manages package tours directly.
For Single Listings, YoGetaway.com is not liable for:
Any loss, theft, injury, or death during a guest’s stay.
Misbehavior, safety issues, or service lapses by the property owner.
Disputes or legal matters between guests and owners.
For Package Tours, YoGetaway.com is responsible as outlined in the tour details.
6. Outside Visitors & Conduct
Guests are responsible for the behavior of anyone they bring to the property.
Respect property rules.
Do not damage or remove items; taking anything without permission is considered theft.
Leave the stay as you found it.
7. Identity Verification
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Indian Nationals: Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID
Foreign Nationals: Valid Passport & Visa; OCI/PIO cards if applicable; comply with Form C registration as required by law
False or forged documents may result in legal action.
Property owners are required by law to submit guest information to local authorities.
8. Force Majeure / COVID-19
In cases of pandemics, natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, property owners or YoGetaway.com may cancel or modify bookings.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the listing or package tour policy.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal data to complete bookings and improve your experience.
We do not sell or misuse your data. Vendors may receive only essential guest data relevant to the booking.

10. Changes to Terms
YoGetaway.com reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Final Acceptance
